HOW TO USE IT

1. Unscrew the top cap and fill the Large Body Cryoroll with water.
2. Place it in the freezer for at least 2 hours, or until completely frozen.
3. Once frozen, glide the Cryoroll over your desired body area in gentle upward and outward motions. Apply light to medium pressure and avoid rolling over any injuries.
4. Use for 5-10 minutes per session, focusing on areas that need targeted relief.

Stays cold forever

It really does a good job soothing my skin each morning and night, plus it also feels wonderful when I need to cool down a flushed face. It’s also great when I’m getting a headache…just a few passes with the roller and my headache is soothed.

Ice roller

For everyday use

I use it for about 5-8 minutes. It really does a good job soothing my skin each morning and night, plus it also feels wonderful when I need to cool down a flushed face! It reduces puffiness and makes my skin look younger and tighter! It feels so good and refreshing!
