Prep & Prime: For optimal results, apply your favorite oil or body lotion before use.
Targeted Techniques:
Knees & Armpits: Elevate your knees and use an upward and outward motion. Repeat 5 times per side. Transition to the armpits, positioning the tool downwards and inwards. Repeat 5 times per side.
Ankle & Calf: Hold the tool horizontally and gently knead upwards from the ankle towards the calf. Maintain an upward and inward motion behind the knee. Repeat 5 times per side.
Thighs: Use vertical strokes to knead the back of your thighs, moving upwards and outwards. Repeat 3-7 times per side depending on your desired level of sculpting.
Clean & Store: After use, wipe the tool clean and store it in a dry place.
Workout Instructions:
Prep your skin with the R-Dew Body Lotion to provide slip as you gently massage the tool over your body. For larger areas like your legs and back, start at the bottom and sweep upwards with long, sweeping brush strokes. Apply mild pressure to stimulate fascia breakdown and release toxins, as you repeat the process 5x. Target your arms with similar upward motions working your way from wrist to armpit. Repeat this process 5x. Use daily, or as needed.
