If your order has not been fulfilled or shipped, adjustments or cancellations can be made. Please reach out to us promptly at support@skingymco.com, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

Items that are available in stock typically ship within 1-3 business days after payment has been processed. Please note that our operating hours are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

We want to be sure that you are completely satisfied with your SKIN GYM purchase. You may return your purchase within 10 days for a refund or exchange (excluding return shipping fees) if the item is UNOPENED AND UNUSED. Follow the instructions below and ship by insured parcel post, for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. Sadly, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please reach out to support@skingymco.com to start your return.

On occasion, our carrier's system may incorrectly mark packages as delivered. If this occurs, we kindly ask for your patience and suggest waiting for an additional day or two, as your package is likely to arrive during that time. Should more than three (3) business days pass since your tracking was erroneously marked as delivered, please reach out to us at support@skingymco.com with your complete shipping address. We will promptly collaborate with the carrier to address the situation. Please note that any claims regarding lost or missing packages must be reported to us within 10 days from the delivery date indicated on the tracking information. Claims submitted beyond this timeframe will not qualify for a refund or replacement, and no exceptions will be granted.

While we take great care in packaging all our products to ensure safe transit, if by chance you receive a damaged product, we kindly ask that you email us at support@skingymco.com within three (3) days of delivery. Please attach five (5) photos showcasing the damage to both the products and the packaging box. This will allow us to promptly assist you in resolving the issue and ensuring your satisfaction.

We recommend using facial rollers 3-4 times per week to promote lymphatic drainage, reduce puffiness, and to use with skincare products. However, you can adjust the frequency based on your skin's needs.

We recommend cleaning your facial roller with a gentle soap and warm water after each use or you can use our Skin Gym tool cleanser. You can also use a natural disinfectant like tea tree oil or witch hazel to sanitize the roller periodically.
